BM 223 (Freckles)
A brownish round flat spot on the skin caused by excessive development of skin colour melanin. It is common in young girls having fair complexion, found on arm pit, arms and face. These become more prominent on the dark colour in the sun heat or after exposure in the sunlight. Freckles are flat, brown or black spots that appears over a time.
Adult: 10-15 drops, children half of the same, 3-4 times a day in some water or as prescribed by a Homoeopathic doctor.
